Ok So , why Turkey at christmas ,
It not aleways been turkey at Christmas ,I find it a strange thing for brits to be eating turkey at Christmas ,not even Americans eat turkey for Christmas , well most of them , The majority of families (90%) around the UK will serve up a succulent roast turkey as the centre piece of their festive meal this Christmas. i'm surprised they can fit it in their microwaves to be honest ,).
So here its is my first blog post , not really into self indulgent twaddle , but why not.
Well winters here at long last , its been a while, after the hottest and driest autumn on record, i managed to hike around mountains at an altitude of 200 metres last week with only a jumper on ,global warming is truly here , although its dumping down as we speak,

4. Only one choice per course per Dinner.
5. We come we cook we clean.
